At Rebel Tails, we pair a thorough bath with careful drying and a detailed brush-out to open the coat before any trimming begins. Then we finish with a tailored cut (or tidy-up) based on your preferred look — no cages, no rushing, and no rough handling.

Depending on your doodle’s needs, appointments may include shampoo + conditioner, blow-dry, brush-out, scissor/clipper styling, face trim, sanitary trim, paw & pad tidy, nail trim, and ear care (as tolerated).

No two Goldendoodles have the same coat. We tailor each groom to your dog’s coat texture (curly, wavy, or fleece), matting risk, skin sensitivity, age, and temperament — and we’ll recommend a length that’s both cute and realistic to maintain at home.

If your dog has tangles or tight mats, comfort comes first. We’ll choose the safest, most humane approach and avoid painful brushing just to “save length.” Before you leave, we can share simple tips (and brushing priorities) to help keep the coat tangle-free between visits.
